They urgently need:

Power packs (for charging mobile phones)

Large/medium backpacks

Camping mats and sleeping bags

Protein/energy bars

Painkillers (Ibuprofen)

Lemsips/Beechams powders etc

First aid kits

Warm blankets

Thermals/base layers

Hot water bottles

Thermos flasks

Baby food

Nappies

Sanitary products
