• Do you want to work with three friendly and distinctive churches and lead our churches into growth?
• Do you want an opportunity for mission and outreach in communities with growing populations?
• Are you open to new ways of doing things and willing to support our identities and inclusive liberal catholic tradition?

We are three churches, each with its own identity and traditions, addressing our different communities: St Laurence in the market town of Winslow, St James’ in the village of Great Horwood, and St Mary’s in the hamlet of Addington.

We are looking for a rector who can work with us, support us and lead our churches to growth, both spiritually and in number, particularly with families and younger members of the community.

We want someone open to new ways of doing things, but who will be supportive of our churches’ identities, our inclusive liberal catholic tradition, and our amazing St Laurence Choir.
